I'm so happy you're here! My name is Elizabeth Aguilera, the founder of Elizabeth K Media. I am a Navy Chief Spouse, mother to Elliana, Landon and Layla and a passionate marketing professional with a love for health & fitness. After overcoming many health issues including autoimmune disease and melanoma through the power of a healthy lifestyle; the catalyst for my love of fitness grew. As I began to work within the fitness industry, I applied my marketing education from Purdue and over a decade of experience with many of the largest fitness brands nationwide. This allowed me to help others achieve their aesthetic goals through physical / internal health & fitness and externally through their custom brands within all industries. 

Creatively, through Elizabeth K Media, the goal is to assist you with showcasing your unique brand from concept and design to execution. The mission is simple, to help you achieve yours!
